🔌 Dometic Power Module Board (3316348.900) - Enhanced Performance, Black Review

Photo shows part number 50-965201-F. The board supplied has the part number 50-143401-CM. My Dometic DM 2652 was manufactured in 2013

I had a problem with the van fridge, I checked all the power supplies, did fuses, did a reset, finally ordered a replacement board. I managed to replace the circuit board in 15 minutes, the box also had an instruction manual for the fridge. My fridge is working again.

It arrived with a part (probably a capacitor) knocked out of the circuit board because the cover was loose and in the box it came in was sent in, struck. I'm glad I found a broken piece of pencil the size of an eraser, otherwise I would have installed the board with I don't know what results. When I returned it, I already had a Dinosaur Board on the way - I was told anyway to take Dinosaur instead of Dometic - supposedly better built.

Lightning struck next to my camper van killing inverter, GFCI switch and fridge (the chip was blown on the circuit board) looked at my fridge model dm2852rbx and this circuit board popped up, looked similar but different I had one of those too, but with the same connections, so I tried it. The installation instructions explicitly mention the part number 3820712.01 when replacing. It took about 15 minutes to install and now my fridge is working again.

I've always had problems with spoiled food and never found out it was the control board. I added a fan to the fridge that used the light as a power source. (Do not do this, the light is powered by the circuit board, not the full 12V DC supply of the RV). Now my fridge runs cooler than ever and the food doesn't spoil. When the temp in the fridge used to go up it would go up to 59. Now I've never seen more than 42 except when the power was off.

We were struggling to find the correct circuit board for our 2011 Crossroads Zinger. 32BEIt's NOT EXACTLY like the original but everything fits where it needs to and our fridge is now powered again. Several DIY videos online suggest that if your fridge doesn't run on AC and you've checked the power supply, glass fuses and heating element, the lower control board is most likely defective. So I went down that route and bought a new lower control board, but unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. I was fortunate that Revain allowed me to return this item for a refund.
