Hex bar was easy to install. They're weren't many pieces to the build. I was able to add 90 lbs. on the bad and perform some deadlifts. The bar is sturdy and can handle the weight good. The screws and bolts secure tightly. I have yet to add more weight to the bar. So we will have to see how well it handles with more weight. See full review

I got the cable and a disc with it. Apparently you will need to download from the disc some sort of app to be able to use A CABLE thats supposed to just connect and use. - Hard to use. Had to google and do instructions posted online from other users as disc did not work to help. Work PC was reading the cable as a webcam and not allowing the additional screen to be added to PC and this is coming from a very experienced IT guy from my job. I have been ordering this particular calendar for the last view years - as we have a busy family - the calendar is a little bigger than the average calendar - there is plenty of room to write in the box and I like that the boxes aren't lined for writing.
