The main advantages of the ATiAP Titanium 200 ml mug are light weight, compact size and corrosion resistance. Titanium has a relatively low thermal conductivity compared to other metals, so cold or hot liquids stay cold or hot in the mug. It's a relatively small 200ml mug - that's just under 7oz. So it's smaller than a standard sized cup of coffee. I really wish they made a larger size, but it's already a very expensive mug at $36, so it's safe to assume the larger mug will cost even more. The grit of the mug is like very fine 1000 grit sandpaper, which I personally don't like. It's not really rough, but it's not entirely smooth either, certainly not as smooth as ceramic or glass. Let's just say that the feel on the lips is significantly different than that of a ceramic or glass mug.
