Poor Shielding - Works with Macbook Pro 2018 with foil

Four stars because this dongle doesn't have the best shielding. This caused a lot of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference on my 2018 Macbook Pro when I first started using it. The solution was to wrap it in foil - looks really silly but it works! It is a known issue with Macbook Pro 2018 that some poorly shielded USB-C dongles cause problems, especially when using the 2.5GHz WiFi band. Apple-branded adapters don't cause interference, but Apple doesn't make a USB-C to DVI adapter - apparently it's too old-fashioned for them :) When I first bought it, I couldn't figure out why the connection was so bad was for my still thriving monitor HP (display flickers, loss of connection often) and why my internet and bluetooth connection was so intermittent (mouse, keyboard and airpods often disconnected - first world issues I know). to tell xfinity about my internet as I did a little research and found this to be a known issue with a 2018 Macbook Pro. A helpful forum suggested a silly solution to wrap foil around the adapter. I giggled at the thought of making something out of tin foil (flashed at the tin foil hat scene with Joaquin Phoenix in Signs), but figured it would be a cheaper solution than replacing my old monitor. So I took some foil and made sure the entire adapter was wrapped in foil and VOILA - the solution worked! No problems with bluetooth, internet was stable and everything was fine. All in all a great product as it is difficult to find a reliable USB-C to DVI adapter. It hasn't let me down since the film fix.
