I am totally and hopelessly in love with my alien umbrella. I love my top down jeep but I live in Florida which means many months are off limits due to the Sunshine State's extreme heat. It happened a little earlier this year. As we passed 92 and I was stuck in traffic, I realized it was a horrible time to refuel and began to sink into a mild depression at the thought of a closed drive. Glory to all the forces of automotive gods that I discovered the alien! It is AMAZING and incredibly easy to install. You can even leave it on when you put it on top. Best of all... it WORKS! Really good! As I crossed the bridge, I really felt the cool air coming off the river, not the scorching sun on my head. Sitting in traffic jams, the shade not only protects from the sun, but also keeps the air conditioner better. I swear it makes the stereo louder too. I think the mesh "reflects" the sound back out of the speaker bar, or it could be because the lack of inevitable heat stroke improves my hearing. To be honest I love this product so much that if you give me enough time I will probably find that my Alien sunscreen makes me look younger and drive better! :) I can rename my jeep Roswell to make my alien feel right at home! If you hesitate to buy this. Do not be. If you've ever been uncomfortable in the sun with the top down, this is the cure. To enjoy your Jeep all summer long, all you need are two things: a key and an alien sun visor. Competition forces companies to go further and perform better. That's exactly what the alien did; best price, best guarantee, incredible product and a much cooler logo!
