NOT compatible with Brother printer

Totally useless. The printer does not register these cartridges as usable (an ink error message is displayed). For reference I have a Brother MFC-J497DW. A total waste of money and a misleading title as they fit in the slot but are NOT compatible when actually printing with the software installed. At least on my machine.&gt;:C
