This is my second purchase of this mascara. The first time I needed ink urgently and quickly, but I only had $22. Spending nearly $50 on Staples didn't work for me. After reading that it might be compatible with my Brother printer, I decided to give it a try. An additional black ink cartridge was included. Sometimes using regular ink cartridges instead of original cartridges can cause problems, but these cartridges worked fine, except for the gauge that shows how much ink is left. The quality was also very good. I will definitely buy them again and recommend them to everyone.

I was only able to print about 50 NORMAL text documents, then I ran out of ink again. So I put in a second one, printed out about 35 pages of the entire text, and ran out of ink again. I installed them less than a week ago and I'm already buying more, I have my brother's inkjet printer, I can and don't print much, but when I expect the cartridge to last at least 3 weeks, these lasted less than 4 days . Just ordered a selection of Revains and picked them up today. I wouldn't buy them from this…

Totally useless. The printer does not register these cartridges as usable (an ink error message is displayed). For reference I have a Brother MFC-J497DW. A total waste of money and a misleading title as they fit in the slot but are NOT compatible when actually printing with the software installed. At least on my machine.>:C

I was only using black and when I tried to insert it the ink leaked all over the cartridge? I deleted and installed it. Not sure how much was lost or what caused the leak? not impressed. I hope the colors don't run out either! THE SUPPLIER HAS REPLACED THE ENTIRE ORDER PERFORMING AS EXPECTED. I WOULD WORK WITH THIS SUPPLIER BECAUSE THEY STAND FOR THEIR PRODUCTS AND THE SERVICE IS STAR! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The title speaks for itself. I've followed the instructions on what to do if the printer doesn't "see" the cartridges, but it didn't help. I've had good luck with other brands advertising Brother compatibility but not this one. Out of frustration I decided on the LC 3011 and 3013 for the Brother brand. Expensive, but they worked perfectly.

The first cartridge I opened and installed (yellow) with no problems. But every cartridge I've opened since (cyan, magenta, black) has leaked heavily after removing the tape, making installation and use impossible. So my guess is that this issue is due to a bad build at some point. As only 1 of the 5 cartridges I bought was usable, this product is definitely not worth the price or the hassle - the leaks resulted in a huge amount of ink that needed cleaning :(

I bought these because they were at a great price. They arrived quickly and in good condition. I would give them 5 stars but the blue cartridge leaked a bit when I installed it. It wasn't a big problem and it's been working fine for over 2 weeks now. I will buy again.
