Update 3/15/2021: I finally located a way to contact the seller on Ebay, but Ebay doesn't make it easy in my opinion (there was no contact the seller, there was No seller button on the order as there is in some cases, I had to do some digging to find a way to contact the seller). However, the seller did respond to this contact and did send me a replacement for my brush.While it's too early for me to provide any useful feedback on my new brush, I am increasing my rating based on the seller support of their warranty. In many ways that means just as much, if not more, as the longevity of the brush. Hopefully this brush holds up better than the first one I received. In any case, I really do appreciate the seller's support for their product.Update 1/19/2021: I never heard back from the seller who had informed me that I would be provided with a replacement - so much for the warranty. Also comments from the seller to my post have been arbitrarily removed Ebay. Edits and removals by Ebay seem very odd especially since no rationale was provided.Original It's a nice looking brush when new. However, it is poorly made and the bristles will not hold up to even moderate use. Don't expect it to last very long if you plan on using it.The bristles started falling out after about a month of use. Now, after about 6 months of moderate to low use, many of the center bristles have fallen out and now appear to be falling out at a faster rate. At this rate, I give the brush maybe 2 or 3 more months of usefulness - that is if I don't use it every day. This is not the life expectancy I expected when I purchased the brush.I have no idea why this brush is rated so highly. I am guessing the high reviews are based on limited use and not on longevity or continued use or maybe the reviews have been cherrypicked for some reason. If you have money to waste on a brush that will not hold up to moderate use for a limited period of time, then go for it. Mine worked well for about 6 months, but I don't have money to waste on a product that falls apart by using it.My recommendation, based on actual usage, is that you avoid this product.
