I used to use whey protein almost every day but it was tiring me out so I switched to plant-based protein. I've tried many different brands over the years, some expensive some not, and I've found that I just don't like the artificial taste of many of them. In the end I decided to just go with this one because the ingredients are simple. It's clean and I thought I could add my own flavors. I think it tastes best when mixed with foods like oatmeal, pancakes, or baked goods. I don't like mixing it with water and drinking it from a shaker, but if I like it I add some cocoa powder and stevia. I use this protein to make chocolate muffins in the microwave. I think this is the best type of protein you can buy because you can customize it however you like. Yes, the packaging sucks, but I saved one of my old containers of best vegan protein for women (awful, don't buy it) and put it in there for me to relax.
