Caught on fire: Extension cord

The product caught fire about two weeks after I connected it. There were no problems with the outlet, it didn't burn at all, just a strip. Luckily I was home when it happened and I heard it sparkle. My carpet needs to be replaced now. It came in 2 packs, I will definitely NOT be using the one that came with it. I left and immediately turned off the second one.
