Not 100 watts

I realize I will never get 100 watts of solar energy out of a 100 watt panel. But at least 75-80? I get 60 watts from them in the Florida sun. I've been trying for a few weeks and haven't gotten anything above 64 (the maximum observed). That's not a problem for me, it just takes a little longer to charge the battery. But please note.
