I did not purchase these as a pet case. I have a 2017 Ford with leather seats. For those beach and sea days, or days when we work in the mud and muck, I needed covers to put on to protect the leather seats from most of the mud, sand, and water. The main thing is that they stay fit for as long as possible. The brand I bought for the back and am very happy with didn't make them for the front seat and after a simple web search I settled on them and bought two. This weekend I had a truck full of four people helping the neighbors through the rain and mud, we got in and out of the truck dozens of times. The seat covers fit perfectly. If I had to knock them over, it would be because the seatback doesn't cover the entire seat. The higher it goes up, the wider my seats are than the covers. I still gave them five stars because they were better than I expected and very affordable. At the end of the day I took them out, cleaned them and tucked them under the seat until next time. There was no stain on the leather seats underneath.
