To begin, the amount of things they had to choose from was unimpressive. The stock of vacuum cleaners and kitchen appliances that they possessed was limited and included some older models. I had hoped to locate a vacuum of a higher grade, but the ones that were available were all of a lower standard. To make matters even more difficult, the customer service offered by WDNMD was, at best, unimpressive. When I approached the staff for aid in finding a better solution, they did not appear interested or willing to assist me in any way. They didn't appear to have a good grasp of the merchandise they were selling, and they weren't eager to provide any suggestions. My experience with the WDNMD company as a whole was one that was unpleasant. This shop is not one that I would suggest to anyone trying to purchase a dependable and up-to-date appliance for their home. They have a small selection, and the quality of their customer service is subpar.
