I am happy with this purchase. I like using my own pillow and don't want a huge, rickety pregnancy pillow taking up all the space in my bed. It comes with two crescent-shaped wedges and a weird bean-shaped pillow. I was skeptical. The beans actually fit perfectly between my knees. Two wedges of perfect hardness and size. One goes under the stomach and the other on the back, and they stay in place thanks to the strip of fabric that connects them. The distance between them is adjustable or you can just use them without attaching them to each other. The two wedges have washable covers that can be opened, one or the other bean simply pops open to reveal the filling. I use this every night. My dog hates it because he can't snuggle up to my tummy and my husband loves it because the dog is finally snuggling with him. I love it because I can finally get into a comfortable position and sleep until it's time to get up to pee for the first of many times.
