During my first pregnancy I got one of those full body pillows that almost completely envelop. It was ok but as I got bigger the lack of abdominal and back support was annoying. This pillow is better for the areas where I need the most support. Can't recommend enough if you need something for your back and stomach. However, you may need a separate pillow between your knees to sleep on your side.

It looks weird but it works. Stay wedged behind my back so I kept falling onto my back while my hips ached from sleeping on my side. At 8 months pregnant I needed something to get stuck behind my back so I could stop lying on my back. This wedge pillow did just that and stayed up all night with no issues.
