I bought it despite all the negative reviews. The package was delivered on time, everything was fine before installation. The filters were Brita brand, the boxes were Brita boxes, all three O-rings were intact and there was no obvious damage to the product. When I tried to connect the first filter, I had to feel the subtle click of a button on the receiver. The current emitted was not similar to the original filter that came with the receiver. More branched with less pressure behind and a small gap between filter and receiver. Second. Wow, I followed the installation instructions and didn't get a click. I inspect the filter for defects. looks ok As in the first case, try to feel the click of the lock button. Go to wash the filter and open the filter. Not understood. Spend the money if you wish, I will not make this purchase again. I don't know if it's "fake" or something wrong in production, but not worth the hassle.
