This seems like decent quality for less than $5, although it's definitely not heavy duty. It had scratches on the back of the strap and a stain on the end as if it had been used a few times but this does not affect functionality. Another thing I didn't realize until I got it is that it's a metric tape measure and only reads centimeters and meters. Straight from China - all the inscriptions on the roulette in Chinese.
