After a major bathroom renovation, I use LED strips to illuminate the bathroom mirror. Looks great! I'm having trouble pairing the remote with the light bar so I've emailed the Ustarus team and awaited a reply. They immediately emailed me with solutions to resolve the issue. After a few swaps, we realized I had a bad remote. They offered to replace the strip or refund the money. I decided to keep the strip and use it without the remote as the bright setting looks great with my mirror light. The Ustarus team refunded my money anyway. What a great customer service experience.
