Review on πŸ”‹ Powerful Ryobi P531 18V Cordless Saw- All-inclusive Package for Maximum Convenience by Mike Wallace

Overheats very quickly. Terrible design.

I was trying to use this to remove peeling paint from curved steel railings. Some Ryobi tools are made for work, others for play. This is deep in the toy category (which doesn't mean it's not dangerous. Poorly done). This thing heats up in under 30 seconds. When it's hot, it takes a few minutes to cool down. The vents are designed so you have to be careful where you put your hands and if you have big hands, strong bobs. In addition, the on/off switch is positioned in such a way that the tool can easily be switched off accidentally. It is MUCH louder than my Ryobi angle grinder. Don't think of using this without hearing protection. Incidentally, an angle grinder (brushless) is a great tool, except that it has no speed control. It doesn't get hot. I can use it for 30 minutes without any problems. However, this "Rotozip” is rubbish.

Cons
