Everything was going well until my husband started unscrewing the very last cap. The thread on him broke and he's been fumbling with it for almost an hour. (It only took about ten minutes to assemble the rest.) Even after cutting the piece off, he had to force it in, and now it's dented. I hope they send us a new cover. Other than that the device looks just like the picture, nice tempered glass and everything else is in good condition. If we didn't run into a screw problem I'd give five, but if I didn't have someone here to cut it and make it work I would have to disassemble, box and send the whole unit back just for one part. For those of you considering buying this, in case you haven't noticed, it's made in China. So I guess it's to be expected that someone might come across this. If they send us a new hat, I'll be back and off we go. Today is July 13th and I still haven't heard anything about the broken lid. :(Today is August 17th and I still haven't heard from anyone.
