Suitable for ages 5+

This is a cute hat and he loves a neck warmer. He is five years old and seems to me to have a medium sized head. It fits well. I've added a picture of the label on the outside of the hat. The one on the cap we received is not upside down like the one in the picture description online. I think I understand what they're trying to say, but it's definitely not made in the USA.
