I'm a cloth diaper and I use both at the bottom of the dirty diaper bin (under the 13 gallon wet bag that holds my dirty diapers). It works! My setup is I threw a 13 gallon kitchen trash can in the bottom of the trash can, then my 13 gallon wet bag in the trash can and a trash can lid on top. Before using them, I could smell a faint odor of ammonia coming from the urine-filled cloth diapers every time I walked into my baby's room. I take out the dirty diaper bag every night, but by mid-afternoon I start to smell the diaper pail. Since I put them there, I no longer smell them during the day! Once a week I take them out and put them outside in the sun to air them out because then they smell like urine which in my mind shows they are "soaking up" the stench! After a few hours in the sun, they no longer stink and are like new! Throw them back in the diaper pail and start over. Very happy with this purchase. Note: I feel they are a bit overpriced for what they are. I was very hesitant to buy it and even waited about a week for a purchase simply because of the price. I even tried to do these simple things myself. But for the convenience of myself I finally bought it and I'm happy with the result.
