I don't like the strap that comes with the Versa 3. Feeling too tight or too loose, not breathing and pinching the tail inside the band is just a bad idea. After a week I realized I had to find an alternative. So far this group is perfect. Its elastic band is light, comfortable and breathable; and the same adjustment almost fits my wrist or ankle (which I sometimes use when cycling). Colorful too and lots of options. I assume it can be washed as well. I wish there were washing instructions included.
