I really like chairs with mesh backs. It looks beautiful and modern and lets you breathe. Most of the time I use a quality Herman Miller Aeron chair and it has a similar look. It took me about 20-25 minutes to set up, but I was pretty task oriented. The quality seems comparable to a chair you would buy at an office supply store. The price seems pretty good compared to stationery stores. Obviously they have low end and high end chairs but I suspect they are on par or slightly better than chairs in the same price range at stationery stores. The built in lumbar support seems good to me, but others in my house don't give a damn. It is not detachable or adjustable. For some this may be a problem. The armrests are not height adjustable, but can be raised and retracted. If your desk has a tall and low keyboard tray, you may need to raise the armrests to use it. (I have a table with a large keyboard tray hitting my hands) I think it's good value for money. Looks modern and comfortable. My son would like it not to have lumbar support or for it to be removable or adjustable. At the same time, he doesn't like the lumbar support on my chair either. I wish it had height-adjustable armrests, but it would probably cost more if it did.
