This bag will most likely either be returned or exchanged for yourself which is disappointing. The photo of the windshield without the phone shows scratches on the plastic in the top corners. The bigger disappointment is that I can't see my entire screen through the window, which defeats my entire purpose for this case, which is to be able to use my phone without taking it out in the hopes of not losing my third iPhone in one Year. Looking back, I don't know how I didn't notice that the top of the 7" bag was a good 2" from the top of the clear window, leaving a window about 5" high. (My phone is 6 inches tall). I believed the statement in the description that it is compatible with the iPhone XR. I really like this bag - much more personal - so I'm a slacker. I may just trade them in for an unscratched one because it's really cute and at a GREAT price for what it is. It doesn't look cheap as I feared. :) The faux leather has a relatively authentic, grainy texture. I also like that it has many pockets. And As you can see in my drawing, the card slots have the perfect depth to be easy to find again and not to be choked and lost like some wallets. I have absolutely no problem taking pictures with different models like other people have said bag! I can still use my phone inside for some things and with little effort. For example, if I'm already on a site or in a conversation and don't plan on switching between sites or convoys, I can continue to use them. Then when I need to switch between apps, I can rotate the screen horizontally to access and close the bottom of the screen. I can't access the top row of apps, but when I go to the widgets page, even though I can't see the search bar (laughs), the keyboard comes up and I can find the app I need. Sounds like a lot of work, but I like this bag enough to think about it. Oh, one last little review: It's heavier than I thought it would be, but it's not a brick or anything.
