I bought this for my father who just had knee surgery. His therapist offered to buy it to help him get to bed. He is partially paralyzed on his left side and had knee surgery on his right side so it was very important for this stool to do what the seller said it could do for him. The night he got it he wanted to step on it and it collapsed on it. This is so unacceptable! It weighs 185 pounds and has had to carry up to 400 pounds of weight. DO NOT RECEIVE THIS for those who have had surgery and need it to help them. It was awful and caused my dad a lot of stress and extra pain!
