Shelly's costume rep asked to delete my previous review and promised to replace a broken bar stool but after deleting the review and lots of emails back and forth, the only solution I have been given - is to buy a new gas spring mechanism. I will not recommend these chairs because: 1. They make a very annoying squeak as they move from side to side. They are dangerously unstable, they keep tipping over.3. The seats are too small, not comfortable at all.4. Not durable, thin and thin.
