Just received this stool a few days ago. It was better than expected! Installation was very quick and only took a few minutes. The build quality is good. It's pretty durable and stylish. The set looks like $80-$100 each, not $80 for both! I will update in a few months. But now I'm going to buy another set!

Bought four of these stools. Good product! Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble (5 minutes per stool). Looks great in the kitchen and everything works as advertised. A seat broke during transport. Even this "problem" was as good an experience as you can expect. Leopard Outdoor Products' customer service was outstanding. Replacement seat within four days of notification. Problem solved. Seriously this product at this price and this supplier is great.

Shelly's costume rep asked to delete my previous review and promised to replace a broken bar stool but after deleting the review and lots of emails back and forth, the only solution I have been given - is to buy a new gas spring mechanism. I will not recommend these chairs because: 1. They make a very annoying squeak as they move from side to side. They are dangerously unstable, they keep tipping over.3. The seats are too small, not comfortable at all.4. Not durable, thin and thin.

We wanted to order 10 of these. The first two arrived and the stitching quality was so poor we questioned the quality control process at the factory that makes them (see image). The company offered to replace the defective item which was appreciated but they aren't really that impressive so we declined. Dealing with customer support was very tiring. Edit 09/17/18 - both chairs now do the same sanding. they are garbage. Do not buy. Spend a little more and get something better. Great value considering our local furniture store charges the same price for 1 exact same chair. The chairs look great and are comfortable. For the price, these chairs are amazing. Nobody who sees them will think that these are cheap chairs. I've been using them for over a month now and find the height adjustment works great for our family. We use it on our work/home desk and the kids love that they can adjust it to the height that suits them (they need help to lower it due to their weight, each kid is around 50-60lbs).
