Great experience using healthcare software

I love that they are always looking for new ways to keep employees safe, even if it's something as simple as making sure you have hand sanitizer in your office! It's great knowing that my coworkers can access medical records and get tested at any time without having to leave their desks or go into the doctor. The process takes too long, but we're working towards implementing self-service testing so there should be some improvement soon. If you use care360 for your benefits organization, I would recommend them over other similar companies because they provide excellent customer service and do everything they can to make things easier for our team members. They are extremely helpful when I need help figuring out how best to communicate with our benefit providers about upcoming changes within HIPAA regulations. Care360 allows me to quickly and easily access medical records from anywhere in the world. The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I really dislike the time it takes for me to access records. I would like to be able to access records in a matter of seconds. There are so many different types of reports we can pull up, and the company is constantly adding more. It's great that we have a system in place that's so easy for the entire company to use!

Always available through email support & phone calls.good value proposition especially compared against competitors' pricing plans..very effective solution...easy implementation...complete documentation....low cost..excellent technical staff........user friendly................saves lotsof money by reducing unnecessary tests.it works well
