Updating my Computer and Accessories Review
So, my first review of this laptop was negative as the SSD died after 3 months of use. I was very upset knowing that due to - For the Covid RMA process it will take months to repair but wait 1 week after talking to them about the issue and my laptop will already arrive tomorrow . Excellent service from HP would recommend outstanding customer service and an unrealistic RMA timeframe which I don't think I've had this with any other manufacturer or retailer.
