So, nobody writes or says anywhere that this product has a natural design flaw. I've tried several pairs ranging from refurbished to international to brand new and they all do the same thing. You lose the Bluetooth connection. Somewhere in the hardware design or parts, they can all hold tone, be connected, or call without hissing or just shutting down completely. If Samsung wasn't such a good company this review would have gotten 1 star, but everyone deserves a point for a mistake.
