The user interface of this software is very easy to use, it has all required features which are needed for an organization like ours.BonSoft Human Resource Planning Software is designed to help organizations manage their workforce in real time by incorporating employee data from multiple sources into one centralized database.With its simple design, users can easily navigate through various modules without any difficulty.It also allows you to keep track of your employees' working hours with ease. I find nothing much negative about this product as far as my experience goes. It's been quite helpful so far, we have realized our goals regarding our human resource planning process. We had some problems initially when integrating but they made sure everything was fine now.
