Depending on what you use this belt for, it can 100% suit your lifestyle. But for me this is exactly what I was looking for. The size of the belt is not too big and uncomfortable to wear, with multiple pockets as well as a cup holder and LED slot alongside multiple slots for pens or tools. The main compartment is big enough for my phone and for example also for a passport with a smooth quality zipper that slides easily. A small Velcro pocket is ideal for coins, keys or other small items. A reflective stripe in dark colors on the front main pocket is useful in low light or at night when you're out and about. The elastic waist belt is adjustable and long enough for my size 34W with a few inches more room. The large plastic clasp or quick release buckle is very easy to put on and take off. While the fabric doesn't absorb moisture, it does keep your stuff dry. I am assuming that there is a waterproof layer between the outer layer and the inner layer as water is easily absorbed from the outside but not so easily seeping in. It does get a little hot in this belt, especially when running, but I don't mind that as I'll probably sweat a lot from running anyway :). It might even help me lose weight in the process lol. Also, these straps are well made, durable and look amazing, especially in neon green :). The flashlight is nice and bright for a 250 lumen LED flashlight and conveniently charges so you don't have to fiddle with constantly changing batteries. This belt is also great when travelling, as my passport, boarding pass or other documents are always at hand and safe. I'll probably wear these straps more often when I go to grocery markets to keep my phone in or when I don't feel like carrying my fat wallet in shorts, all I need is a credit card and some cash :) .
