I've been using a hario hand grinder for my aeropress for many years. It was adequate.When I decided to plunge into espresso, I got this. I knew it would be more precise and able to do finer grinds, and it does perfectly dial in espresso. I didn't expect that it would be so much easier and faster to grind! I was skeptical about getting this, but it is perfect. I was worried my cats wouldn't like the feel of it, they've not had any issues with it. I use the vacuum on it and it works great .
