It's dangerous when the metal comes off
I was very happy when I got the belt because it's a really thick leather belt. Unfortunately, even though we're only trying them on, the metal parts are already falling off, and this square piece can get cut. So with my daughter (child seat belt) it is not normal. My husband had to press on each individual strap to keep it secure for her. I would return it but it's for her Halloween costume and I have plenty of time to send it back and get a new one.
