It took me a while to decide which case I need. Luckily, many of my DVDs had labels printed on them, so I didn't bother putting booklets in each slot. Although there are no labels on the CDs, I cut out the cover of the DVD case and used it as a label or wrote the name on the index card. With some DVDs I put 2 in the slot (movie disc + bonus disc or DVD + BluRay) and the case still closes. Basically it's just for the drive, but if you need to double up two drive slots or place a thin sheet in front of the drive to designate an empty drive, it will work just fine. I chose the smaller case as the larger one was uncomfortable in my hand. Otherwise, this seller has an option with 4 discs per side. I am very satisfied with this product. It was definitely a bit of a hassle to throw out all my cases, especially the special covered cases, but in the end it's just an item and now I can get rid of my DVD tower.
