I've just started this and everything seems fine on the web but there is a delay in Word and it's VERY ANGRY because I'm using it for Word. Not sure if I'll keep it or not but I bought it two months ago so Dell (who sold it to me) may not be able to take it back. Especially since I don't have a box. I needed to connect an external monitor to my new laptop.
