This is strong adhesive tape
I took apart my Galaxy S7 to put a new battery in it. I used this stuff to make the back glass of my phone stick securly to the phone and it is doing a good job. This tape is stronger than you might think. Just know that if you use this stuff on a phone, your phone is still not gona be water resistant anymore.
