The omnichannel experience has been seamless for us; it's helped our teams work together more effectively, giving them access from any device or location in order not just have one place but multiple places where they can see inventory levels across all channels (physical stores/eCommerce). Not much so far - we are still trying out some features like product recommendations which would help drive sales further down-channel than what was previously possible using only ecommerce capabilities alone! However there isn't anything I dislike about this software yet either :p We're solving problems such as how quickly could someone find something online if their store didn’t stock exactly right item? How easy did things become when purchasing items through other touch points besides website checkout etc.?
