So I've been using this USB hub for almost 1.5 years. Good: light, 3 USB 3.0 ports, VGA and HDMI. Bad: HDMI is not displayed in 4k. That's a lie. HDMI cannot be overclocked to 2k. I have a 4k TV and a 27" 4k monitor and a 2k 24" monitor. I tried 4 HDMI cables, it's no problem. Any monitor or TV I connect this USB hub to only displays the maximum resolution up to 1080p. This is normal for 1080p monitors or TVs. I bought this to use my 4k monitor while working at home, I'm disappointed. I ended up buying an official USB to HDMI adapter from Apple and it displays 4k with no issues. Don't buy if you want to display anything over 1080p.
