Review on πŸ’» Optimized 434 MHz 2/66 Codes 4-Button Transmitter from Directed Electronics by Brandon Miller

Revainrating 5 out of 5

At first I was confused, but I googled

Tips on how to guide: 1. The "Valet/Program" button is not on the remote control (transmitter), but a mysterious black button on the dashboard inside near the steering wheel. In my case it was to the left of the steering wheel and drilled into the plastic of the dashboard with a small red LED above it. We stock all aftermarket alarm devices so your situation may vary. 2. When the instructions say "open the door", they mean to open the door and not to close it. The programming does not work if you close the door! I felt stupid for not following the instructions exactly and spent about 5 minutes searching google for help. I am a normal person with car alarms and auto start but am very pleased with this inexpensive programmed remote for our aftermarket Hornet system. Despite what the manual says otherwise, when programmed automatically on channel 1 the star button worked for our autostart, so now our family gets a nice toast and the best MPG when we climb into our Honda CR-V.
