I bought a pair for my tall skinny daughter (skinny legs) and also for my tall toddler. These are perfect for both! My daughter (4 1/2) can easily put them on and take them off and my son (2) is very close by. They dry quickly and I can throw them in the washing machine and they wash out quickly!
