When I got it and activated it was great. About a week later it started sending a message to insert an SD card even though the same SD card I originally installed was still in it. I tried calling Spypoint support but couldn't get through to the person so I spent an hour on their online chat and the person finally said try upgrading my data plan which I did and it worked again. BEFORE today, 3 days later and with a year-round paid plan for unlimited photos, and now it's sending the same SD card insert message! The few days it worked were great but the disappointment is that the new (less than 1 month old) product doesn't work so I can't rate it better.
