How did it cost less than $20?
I have been in the headset industry for several years and I am very pleasantly surprised. The box says "Incredible sound, amazing comfort". No lies. , good range. I bought it when I don't want to use Bluetooth or batteries. For the price I'm ok with it if it needs to be replaced after a year, I don't see why it needs to be, but if it does then it's ok.
