I just brought Link 1 and I'm trying to install an iOS app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and the app keeps crashing after several download attempts. I then use the Android device to download the application. The application runs on an Android device. However, there is no sound on Link 1, so I'm thinking of another comment that says a firmware update might be needed. Then I follow the step shown in the app and update link 1. After the update in my Android app, a popup appears asking me to do a factory reset. I confirmed it according to the instructions, then link 1 stopped working, my android application couldn't find link 1 and turned into a brick! so disappointed!
