I like best about this program, it offers excellent communication with candidates; they can be contacted via phone or through email at any time during your interview process which makes things so much easier from both parties sides! There's nothing really i dislike as such though we are still trying out some new features here &amp there but overall great experience for hiring in India - highly recommended!! It has been very good working across all departments especially HR/Recruiting teams who have faced difficulties while onboarding people into their team because these guys know how hard our jobs get sometimes due lack experienced workforce (in house). I like that it has all the fields I need, and there are no unnecessary fields or options. It's very easy for me to use as well. Sometimes it takes a little while to load, but that's not Recruit 24/7's fault. I also love how fast and efficient they are at answering questions. They have been absolutely fantastic! I am able to track my applicants and easily keep in contact with them, and they provide excellent customer service when needed.
