The ability for candidates looking at multiple jobs in one place, allows them access when they need it most-right before their interview day/time! This makes all recruiting easier as we don't have time wasted searching through databases or emails from clients about availability during certain times (which happens often). I love how easy it is for my team and me to send jobs out quickly. The best feature, in my opinion, is being able to edit and update the same post more than once and having the ability to change wording after someone has applied without having to re-edit it again when it does the final round of edits. I like best about this program, it offers excellent communication with candidates; they can be contacted via phone or through email at any time during your interview process which makes things so much easier from both parties sides!
