I love how easy it is for my team and me to send jobs out quickly. The best feature, in my opinion, is being able to edit and update the same post more than once and having the ability to change wording after someone has applied without having to re-edit it again when it does the final round of edits. In the beginning, it took a while to get familiar with all the different areas but once you do it's great! There are several different options on how your ads are presented depending on where they're placed online which helps your applicants not knowing what to expect. It makes sure there isn't confusion about what positions are available which allows our job seekers to have the freedom to focus their energy on applying for what they really want! We've been able to track applications we didn't even know were filed by people who saw our job posted on Facebook or other platforms rather than us going directly to them. The user interface is very friendly and easy to use. Also, the features are well thought out and have been implemented in such a way that they work well together and enhance each other. I don't think there's anything that I dislike about this ATS. The benefits include time and cost savings when it comes to hiring managers. It also helps with managing the applicant flow through the different stages of the hiring process. This has helped us streamline our hiring process and make more hires.
