Good: It helped with eyestrain. I'm an office worker and a gamer, so I spend most of the day looking at screens. Wearing them all day resulted in a noticeable reduction in eye strain and they look pretty good. The Bad: This listing doesn't say it's a "slim" model, meaning it's intended for people with small heads (it's listed as such). on Gunnar's official website, which is where I want to check first). I had to make some fine adjustments to my hands with a heat gun to get them to the point where I could wear them for more than 15 minutes. It was great for a couple of weeks until the frame itself broke right next to the hinge (which probably would have happened a lot sooner if it wasn't for my adjustments). They are all plastic and not particularly durable plastic. They broke right outside the return window, so that's just great. If you want to buy Gunnars, buy from the official website and/or buy a metal model. It's worth paying a little more to avoid being stuck with broken glasses.
