Portable AM/FM retro pocket radio with headphone jack gets 1 star for poor sound quality, excessive interference and poor reception. Don't waste your money on this radio. because the quality of my radio has deteriorated noticeably within a few weeks of buying and receiving the radio. The appearance is nice, but above all, the reception quality and the sound quality are so poor that broadcast programs cannot be heard. I live fairly close to radio stations and have never had a radio where reception and/or sound quality was an issue. So the problem is with this radio, not with my location. If I could give it a zero rating it would deserve this rating as I can no longer rely on this radio for programming and will have to purchase another radio (not from this manufacturer!).
